I always have a smile when I think of Frank -- he was such a cheerful and upbeat man, always curious about life and happy to greet me. You always felt great after a chat with him. Frank and Marion were close friends of my parents, Bill & Mary Carnahan, and I know they miss them both dearly.

Frank was an amazing man. Growing up as a kid I didn't see Great Uncle Frank very often, but my memories from the time spent with Frank and Marion are cherished. I'll sure miss the hand written Christmas card from the proud father and grandfather. Reading his card always brought a smile to my face knowing how proud he was of his family. We can all be thankful that we were a part of Frank Caflisch's life.

We often sat with Frank at Christ Congregational Church worship service. The highlight was having lunch with him at Mrs. K's after church. What an inspiration for living life to the fullest to the end. We will dearly miss him and his presence there.

Frank was one of my favorite people. He and Marion were good to me and helped me to grow during those years at Montgomery Hills Baptist. I loved talking with them and knew that they could be relied upon to give good advice. One time Frank, Marion and I went to see Dr. Zivago. I remember Frank's sorrow at the memories of his time in the armed forces. He always shared straight from his heart.
Frank was a dear man and I am sorry to hear of his passing. Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Frank was a very dear man and a pillar of the Christ Congregational Church. He modeled for all of us his service to country and community. Always cheerful, he never seemed to let the world get him down and confronted problems with his keen sense of wit. Thanks Frank for showing us the way and leading with a smile.
