On Saturday, July 16, 2011, of Rockville, MD. Fr. Duffy, a priest with the Archdiocese of Washington, was a native of Carbondale, PA. Beloved brother of Francis X. Duffy (Marianne) and Ann Marie Lee (Warrick E., Jr.); uncle of Anne Duffy and Warrick "Rick" E. Lee, III (Donna); great-uncle of Kevin Joseph Lee. Relatives and friends may call at Shrine of St. Jude, 12701 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD 20853, on Wednesday, from 3 to 9 p.m., with Vigil Mass at 7:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Shrine of St. Jude on Thursday, July 21 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Carbondale, PA at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Shrine of St. Jude at the above address.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Fr. Duffy Thank you for all that you have done. His kindness and wisdom wil stay with me always. Father Duffy was from Cardondale PA the same hometown as my father, Michael Perry. He was kind enough to celebrate both my mother's and my father's funreral masses. He will be greatly missed, I regret that I cannot attend his furneral mass or his internment as I am deployed with the military.
