On Thursday, February 28,2013 of Laurel, MD. Beloved wife of the late Tyler Higgins; mother of Sandra K. Miller; grandmother of Patrice and Namon Armstrong and the late James Armstrong; great-grandmother of Madison Armstrong; aunt of Cora McGee, Bobbie Thomas, Hoyt King, and Lee Dunbar. Also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
