On behalf of my mother, Helen's cousin Lafayette Carr Crawford Richardson, we have such fond memories of "cuddin' Helen" especially the times that we visited with her and Catherine in FL when "the girls" were young--in their 80's. She was so gracious and shared wonderful stories of when my Mom would visit from Galax or they would visit her. Mom is very sad to know that at 96 she has outlived her 4 special cousins since their fathers were twins.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you!

We will always remember her beautiful smile, kind spirit, sense of humor and the twinkle in her eyes, especially when she was spending time with her family. We know you will miss her dearly but hopefully reflecting on all your fond memories with her will provide comfort. She was a pleasure to know and we'll smile too when we think of her.

We will remember Helen as a gracious, happy woman who loved her family and enjoyed her times with them. We enjoyed and considered it a privilege to spend many family Christmases with her and the family. Our sincere sympathy to Steve and Julie, Sue and Tom and Cathy and all the grandchildren.
