Helen was our neighbor for almost 30 years. We always admired her garden, she took great pride in her flowers. We were amazed at how long she stayed active in the garden, even into her early 90's. We also remember the dear lady for knowing almost everything going on on the street. She was, for a time, one of the few residents who was home during the day. She would often pop out her door when she heard our car pulling up and give us the latest news on what had occurred during the day. We were sorry to hear of her passing. We will remember her always as one of our neighbors in our first house in 1979.
