On Wednesday, January 15, 2014, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Dennis J. Kelley; mother of Allison Carey Francis, Terrence J. Kelley and the late Lori E. Healy; mother-in-law of Anthony Francis and Erika Kelley; sister of the late Hampton Lee Peed, Jr., Richard Peed, Sr., Constance Johnson, and Cleo Mozingo; grandmother of Arcade Francis, Titus and Zane Kelley. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, January 20, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernadette's Church, 72 University Blvd. East, Silver Spring, MD, on Tuesday, January 21, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Parklawn Memorial Park. I worked with Jackie at LIUNA and her passing has touched the hearts of many of us here. please know that my thoughts and prayers are with her family and that she touched my heart and i thought about her often. she was such a wonderful person and i am so sorry for your loss. God Bless you all.
