Devoted husband of 59 years to Betty Jacobin; father of Christine (Kim) Owens, Rosemarie (Ken) Adney and Dave (Laura) Jacobin; grandfather of Amy, Michele (Mike), Tony (Jen), Matthew, Allie, Joe, Casey, Jerome, Lucy, James, Joseph, and Jacob Also survived by 6 great granddaughters and his sister Ann ( Salvino) Novel. Relatives and friends may call at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church, 9601 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, MD, on Saturday, October 5, from 9 - 10 a.m; where the Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. Interment private.
