On Thursday, January 16, 2014 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved son of the late Elizabeth and Robert S. Pond; brother of R. Douglas (Verna) and Stanley S. (Nancy); uncle of Eric (Amy), Michael, Rachel, Jessica (Aaron), Zachary (Toby) and Moses; great-uncle of Adrienne and Gabrielle. Also survived by his ARC of Montgomery County Family. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Wednesday, January 22, 2014, 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service at St. Paul's United Methodist Church,, 10401 Armory Avenue, Kensington, MD on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 10 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
