On Sunday, February 16, 2014, of Ashton, MD. Beloved husband of Tanya Garland Winfrey; father of Daffinie L., James L., Jr. and the late Jason G. (Rhonda) Winfrey; grandfather of Bria Gerald; son of Shirley A. and the late Victor H. Winfrey; brother of George R. Winfrey and Shirley J. Hodges. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, Thursday, February 20, from 12:30 to 1 p.m., where a Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Interment Maryland National Memorial Park.
