On Saturday, March 10, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved son of the late James R. and Teresa B. Scullen; brother of Mary T. True and Carol A. Darling; brother-in-law of William A. Darling, Jr. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, March 18 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd, Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, March 19 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Rest in peace my brother and just know your family loved you. Your life was a test of your strength everyday! Now your are with your mother and father who loved you with all their hearts! You were the smartest, kindest, most long-suffering person, I have ever known. I will aspire, for the rest of my life, to be more like my brother in thought, word, and deed. Many friends and family knew you were a very special person and they were lucky to know you. I will always be proud that you were my brother.
