Beloved wife of the late Rex Earl Hollis; loving mother of Mary Lee Beaulieu, Lynn Ellis, Laura Collins, Beth VanKirk, Julie Souza, Rex Earl Hollis, Jr., Jennifer Hollis, Hilary Trujillo and Alison Curley; sister of Ruth Herr and Leonard Lanham; devoted grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking) Friday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church, 12319 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD on Saturday, June 16 at 10 a.m. Private interment Arlington National Cemetery. Jean was a wonderful aunt and an important influence in my childhood and early adulthood. She was a woman to admire and model. I have great memories of spending time with her and Uncle Jiggs and cousins. Condolences and lots of love to my cousins and family.
