On Friday, September 20, 2013, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of Verne F. Noyes; mother of Dan (Julie) Noyes; grandmother of Zach, Nicole, Hannah and Rebekah Noyes; sister of Carolyn Barton and the late Clara Barton. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Tuesday, 7 to 9 p.m.; and on Wednesday, September 25, at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 9100 Colesville Road (at Highland Dr.), Silver Spring, MD, from 10 to 11 a.m., where the funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment Quantico National Cemetery at a later date.
