JOHN D. MAYLATH, MD  
On Monday, February 10, 2014 of Olney, MD. Beloved husband of Elaine M. Maylath; father of Marian Maylath, Jackie (Harvey) Barnhart, and Barbara Heckett; grandfather of Calvin Barnhart; brother of Mary Anne Zane. Also survived by many loving family members and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking) Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Boulevard, Silver Spring, MD on Saturday, February 15, from 10:30 to 11 a.m., where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to MGH Health Foundation, P.O. Box 147, Olney, MD 20830.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
