On Friday, February 28, 2014, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Chae Morhiser; step-father of Kimberly (Steven) James and Jerry Remer; step-grandfather of Troy and brother-in-law of Ruby Morhiser. Also survived by 12 nieces and nephews. Memorial Service at Washington Korean Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1700 Spencerville Road, Spencerville, MD, on Wednesday, March 5, at 7 p.m. Interment private.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Uncle John,
You were a private man and I respect that. I always enjoyed the time I spent with you and the stories you told about my dad and the rest of our family. But those times with you were too few and infrequent. May you rest in peace and say hello to my Dad, Grandad, Grandma, Aunt Cecilia and Uncle Earl.
