On Monday, July 29, 2013, of Silver Spring, MD. Husband of Donna Bartlett; father of John, Jennifer, George and Carey; son of George Bartlett and Lila Lee; brother of Georgia and Steve. Also survived by six grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Friday, 7 to 9 p.m.; where the service will be held on Saturday, August 3, at 11 a.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
