JOSEPHINE FLYNN KRUPINSKI
On Wednesday, February 27, 2013 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Edward C. Krupinski and Daniel W. Flynn; mother of Michael Flynn, Mark (Jo Ann) Flynn, and Maureen (Dave) Barr; grandmother of Daniel, Kevin, Ryan, Patrick, Colin and Derek Flynn and Matthew Barr; step-mother of Anne Varljen, Mary Camar, Thomas and Robert Krupinski and the late David Krupinski. Also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Tuesday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd., Silver Spring, MD, on Wednesday, March 6, at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. To Josephine Krupinski's entire family,
It was a great pleasure to know "Miss Josephine", and especially to visit with her regularly during the time that she and my mother ate at the same dining table. Always a lady, yet one who expressed her wishes clearly, she provided a sense of strength and calm, despite my own mother's frailty. Thank you for sharing her with us at Lorien Mt. Airy during the past three years. She is greatly missed. I will be keeping you in my prayers in the days and months ahead as you mourn her passing. Thank God for His eternal promises of peace and joy in heaven!

Aunt Jo was one of a kind. Nothing I could say would do her justice. You had to know her. And if you did, you're very, very lucky. I imagine her giving St. Peter a withering look if he takes too long to let her in.

I admired this woman who lived life on her own terms, from beginning to end. We shared a love of reading mystery novels, chocolate,and her son, Michael. I will miss that sparkle in her eyes when the two of them bantered. Love you, Mrs. K. Rest in eternal peace.
