Ditto Rita comments, although I think mom has more to do with the Skins than you (you had the Nationals covered). I am counting on mom to help us shoot down those birds next week. :)

Dad I could hear you shouting "same old skins" during parts of last night's game but I think you would be proud of the direction RGIII is taking the team...hope they continue and make the playoffs - hell win the superbowl in yours and mom's memory. Love you and miss you! Christmas won't be the same without you hiring me to be mom's secret santa - you thought it was a burden - but I looked forward to it every year!! Love you dad!! love boo

Karl's joking at the dinner table while cruising over the Atlantic Ocean on the way to Bermuda will never be forgotten! I can remember it as clearly as yesterday, and it was close to 16 years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Karl Mullen gave me my fist job at RTE at age 14 in the early 1970's and then supplied me with a summer job and many years of employment references in high school, college and post-graduate. Mr & Mrs Mullen will never be forgotten. Just received this news from Dick Waskom today, February 8, 2012. In loving memory and much gratefulness. Mary Doran Murphy Richmond, VA

Tom, my deepest sympathy to you and your family. The loss of a parent is never easy. Take comfort in knowing your dad is in a better place and wacthing over all those he loved and cared for. He lives on in the memories you all have created and will share time and time again.

When I think of Karl I remember those hazy days of my youth when visiting Washington DC and the Mullen side of my family.
He was always funny and always fun to be around.
He will be missed.

Nan, Tom, Rita and Ann ~
I cannot imagine the loss and all that you are going through with your Dad and Mom, now. Please know that your Dad is in peace and joyous with his Maker. I am sure that he is busy getting things ready for your Mom, with a drink in his hand and a big smile on his face, the TV is on and it is a glorious day for him!
I remember so many times being at the house in Rockville and your Dad sitting in his chair while Mom would come and talk to us. I loved it! I am cherishing all of the memories!
Blessings to all of you!

Memories of My Big Brother:
Visiting Karl at summer camp at the Graves Farm in Virginia and eating fried chicken and peach ice cream together.
Serving together as acolytes at our grandmother's church.
Watching Karl play football for Gonzaga. Nice tackle at the Georgetown Prep game.
Setting the clocks hours ahead so he would get up on time to help me deliver newspapers.
Teaching me to drive. What an experience! Karl was not known for his patience.
Serving as an usher at Marybelle and Karl's wedding.
So proud when he came home in his uniform after Army boot camp.
Asking his advice and counsel on major personal decisions.
I shall miss my Big Brother. May God hold him in the palm of his hand.
Love,Fred
