On Friday, December 7, 2012 of Kensington, MD. Beloved husband of Marian Quinn McCarthy; father of Stephen J. McCarthy, Karen E. Gambriel (Richard), Margaret C. Goodwin (William), Christopher T. McCarthy (Megan) and the late Maureen McCarthy; grandfather of Richard, Victoria, William, Elizabeth, Peter, Sarah, and Maggie. Also survived by his brother Bernard M. McCarthy, Sr. Relatives and friends may call at Holy Redeemer Church, Summit Ave. & Cable Drive, Kensington, MD on Monday, December 10 from 10 to 11 a.m.; where the Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
