LOUIS P. WILLEMIN (Age 95)
On Wednesday, January 19, 2011, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Catherine B. Willemin; father of Louis P. Willemin, Jr., and Thomas Joseph Willemin; brother of Catherine Hines, Harriett Coleman, Richard Willemin, and the late Robert Willemin. Also survived by five grandchildren, Michael, Laura, Caroline, Daniel, and Anna. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Friday, January 21, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Church, 10103 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Louis Paul and Thomas-I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing.
I remember the days of Brentwood Village and the great times we use to have, but what I remember mostly- is your father having lunch at Ferdinands.
I would usually stop by and he would fill me in on your careers and life. He was very proud of his sons.
With Ferdinands gone and now your father- it is the end of an era .

Dear Louis Paul and TJ I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I will always remember him as a very careing loving man. Until he was in his eighties he would drive from Maryland to Rhode Island for memorial masses for your grandmother and for Brown University reunions without thinking twice about it. When my dad was ill your Dad would call here every evening like clock work to chat with my mom to see how ever thing was going. He was such a careing man, there will never be another like him. My family will miss him.
