Gie, I miss you so much, I wish we could have made more memories. You're such a great person. I will never forget the numerous things you've done for me and others. As much as I miss you, you need the rest because once I and the rest of the family sees you again it will be quite the reunion. I love you and miss you so much.

Oh “The Mother” – so many great memories…THANK YOU for I have been blessed to have known you for more than 30 years. You always made me feel as though I was one of your own. In fact, the other day Maureen told me that from the beginning she knew how important you were to me, as it was clear that she would have to meet with your approval…how true. I will never forget the very first time I stepped foot in your house. On that occasion you had made one of those dinners known endearingly (so to speak) as a “PLC.” As I arrived, MaryMargaret and Charlie, Jr. were shaking down Senior for money to go to McDonald’s. In a highly unusual departure from his normal character, Senior willingly gave up the cash and it was burgers and fries for dinner that night. After that experience, I didn’t eat anything there for weeks, well maybe days – OK, hours. So many memories…so many great times! And now, just as you took care of many, I know that you are in good hands, being cared for by the grace of God...he will look after you from here on out.

Gie,
I just want to thank you for all the wonderful memories I have with you, I will cherish them always and forever! I am truly going to miss you, and don't know how I am going to able to go on without you. But now it is time for you stop worrying about Charles because we are taking very good care of him. (I did his laundry for him already for you.) I can't wait for the day I can see you again!! Love you always and forever!!! Love, Ash
