On Friday, January 27, 2012 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Robert H. Purcell; mother of Patrick M. (Sharon), Portia A. and Thomas H. (Lorraine) Purcell; grandmother of Jason D. (Allison) Stevens, Lynsey M. Purcell, Katie E. (Dan) Carroll, Sean P. Purcell, Robert P. Purcell and Riley J. Purcell. Also survived by her great grandchildren Isabella and Oscar Stevens. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, February 3, at 1 p.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Norbeck & Muncaster Mill Roads, Rockville, MD. Interment Private. I met Liz once at a sad time with the passing of Connie. I now know that they will again share a special friendship in Heaven. The family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Liz was a wonderful loving person. She was a great friend to my mom and took good care of her. She will be missed. Even though I haven't seen her since my mom passed she has always been in my thoughts and prayers. I am truly sorry for your loss.
I am sure she is in heaven celebrating with her friends and loved ones.
