MARY JOANNE CITO BIRMINGHAM  
On Tuesday, October 9, 2012, of Washington, DC. Beloved wife of the late Thomas H. Birmingham; mother of Lucile Birmingham, Angelo Birmingham, Joseph Birmingham, Kathleen Kelly and Bridget Birmingham. Also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and other loving family and friends. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 300 E Oldtown Rd., Cumberland, MD on Friday, October 19, 2012 at 11 a.m. Inurnment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Cumberland, MD. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to Thomas Birmingham Poetry Award Scholarship Fund, c/o Linton Hall School, 9535 Linton Hall Rd., Bristol, VA 20136. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Our love and sympathy for the family. We have know Mary since she and Tommy were married. Tommy and I were cousins and grew-up in Cumberland together. Mary and Tommy are together now in HEAVEN.
