Dear Carolyn & Dan,

We treasure the friendship of your Mom and Dad as we do our own parents. George had never met an Italian family until he met the Dellatorre Family. What a blessing! Mary and Carl's hospitality will never be forgotten. We look forward to seeing them and all of the Dellatorres in Heaven.

Dear Dan and Carolyn,
I was sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I remember babysitting for the three of you way back. Your Mom and Dad were very special people.
Just wanted to let you know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Carolyn and Dan: Ange let me know of the death of your mother. Please accept my deepest sympathies. I know how much effort it was to take care of your mom for the past several years. Your mother was an exceptional person and I will never forget my days meeting her (and your whole family) while at CUA. It is still amazing to me that we lived only blocks away from each other, but I did not meet your family until I started candy-striping at Providence Hospital. I'm sorry that I can't be at the services, but I am still living in Italy.
Grazie, Mari Pohlhaus

Dear Danny and Carolyn.....Joanna informed me of the passing of your mom and for that I send you my deepest sympathy. I will always remember how your mom and dad welcomed me into their home during my CUA days....it was my home away from home!!! Memories of the meals and the talks around the table and her role model for taking care of others will always be with me. What a lovely lovely woman she was. May your memories carry you through this tough time. Love, Ange (Cattaneo) Knutson and family

Dear Danny and Carolyn,
I was saddened to learn about the passing of your Mom, my Godmother. She was one of the sweetest, most sincere and generous people that I ever met in my life. I was so blessed to be Christened by her and your Dad. She always remembered me with cards and blessings. The Dellatorre family will always have a special place in my heart. I know that she is now in the hands of the Lord with your Dad and Sister. With much love from Mario and my family, Josephine, and Richard and his family.

Dear Dan and Carolyn,
I am very sorry for the passing of your Mom. She was a very thoughtful and caring person. She did a great job conveying the thoughtfulness and caring to her children. The three of you did a great job loving and caring for her over these past several years. One of my favorite memories of Grandmom is one of my first. After my first date with Marianne, shortly after our first semester of medical school, Marianne would not talk to me for weeks. Offensive linemen talk about how much I could bench press and how much I could eat didn't impress her very much. I found out later, that it was Grandmom that persuaded Marianne to give me a second chance. Grandmom, I am forever grateful! May God bless you and give you strength during this difficult time.
Love,
Mike
