I ONLY HOPE THAT ONE DAY I WILL GROW INTO A PERSON MORE LIKE YOU...I GUESS IF I TRY REALLY HARD MAYBE I WILL BE AT LEAST A LITTLE LIKE YOU. I GUESS I ALSO NEED TO PRAY MORE, AND MORE, AND MORE AND MAYBE ONE DAY I WILL BE HAPPY AGAIN. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE OR TWO ON ME AND CONTINUE TO BE MY GUIDING LIGHT. THANKS FOR ASKING ME TO BRING YOU HOME AND ALLOWING ME THE OPPORTUNITY OF TAKING CARE OF YOU; IT WAS AN HONOR AND A PLEASURE. I AM COMFORTED IN KNOWING THAT. I SHALL TREASURE THOSE MEMORIES FOREVER. MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU WITH HIS CHOICEST BLESSINGS FOREVER BUT I FEEL LIKE I FAILED YOU BECAUSE YOU DIED. I GUESS IN THE END MY HOPES AND DREAMS MAY ONLY COME TRUE AFTER GOD GETS WHAT HE WANTS. HE OBVIOUSLY NEEDED YOU IN HEAVEN! WHEN I ASKED YOU TO THINK OF A HAPPY PLACE WHERE YOU HAD BEEN BEFORE YOU SAID THAT HAPPY PLACE WAS HEAVEN AND I TOLD YOU THAT YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE ;AND YOU CORRECTED ME AND SAID THAT I DO NOT KNOW WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN. ONCE AGAIN YOU WERE RIGHT! AS SAD AND MISERABLE AS I AM RIGHT NOW, I BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE IN HEAVEN AND THAT MAKES ME SMILE.
I THANK YOU ALSO FOR THE ADVICE THAT YOU GAVE ME IN MY JOURNAL. I WILL GO AND READ IT DAILY BECAUSE THOSE WERE YOUR WORDS OF WISDOM AND LOVE FOR ME TO READ WHEN I AM FEELING SAD AND OR ALONE. I FIND COMFORT IN KNOWING THAT YOU WILL ALWAYS BE WITH ME IN SPIRIT. I AM SO GLAD THAT YOU ARE MY FATHER WHO ART IN HEAVEN AND WILL REMAIN WITH ME FOREVER.

LOVE ALWAYS,
Rosemary (your favorite left handed daughter; its a good thing that I am your only left handed daughter or I may not be your favorite lefty! :)

Hi Daddy,
I miss you tremendously! I loved how you would tell Sally & I bedtime stories about turtles (through our teen years.) Did you hear the one I told you last night? I loved your Irish lulaby, anytime when something was wrong, with the last time being when I had my car accident. You sang it to me while I lay in the hospital, while holding my hand. I held your hand all last Friday, but I didn't sing it to you because I knew I would cry. I asked you to help me study today, and for some reason, I was inspired to study while walking on the treadmill and using the weight machines. :) Please Daddy, always stay near, I am not too old and you are not too far away. Most importantly, thank you for marrying our wonderful mother and giving me such great sisters: Maureen, Kathy, Rosemary, Sally and brother Larry. Please give Mom and Larry a huge hug and kiss. I pray Rosemary will not dwell on seeing you pass, but be comforted by knowing it was her "I love you Daddy" that he last heard.
