On Monday, September 16, 2013, of Silver Spring, MD. Mother of Janet Miller, Beth Rankin and Paul Carroll; grandmother of Chris, Jessica, Jeff and Steve. Also survived by five great grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service at National Presbyterian Church, 4101 Nebraska Avenue, NW, Washington, DC, on Monday, September 23, 2013 at 11 am. Interment Glenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Johns Hopkins University, Wilmer Eye Institute - www.hopkinsmedicine.org/wilmer/charitable_giving ,please designate donations to Macular Degeneration Studies.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
