MILDRED J. SELJOS  
Of Wheaton, MD, on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, of lung cancer. Born September 19, 1929, in Earving, MA, to Charles J. and Mildred M. Frawley. She was a graduate of the College of Our Lady of the Elms (1950) and the US Naval Postgraduate School. After 14 years in the Navy working in mathematical meteorology and atmospheric modeling and achieving the rank of LCDR, she left the service to marry and adopt two sons. She volunteered with So Others Might Eat in Washington, D.C., and with the American Red Cross at the Naval Hospital at Bethesda. She was the wife of the late Lloyd T. Seljos (2010) and is survived by her sons, Charles (Amanda) of Silver Spring, MD, and James (Sonia) of Bailey, CO. Friends may call at St. John the Evangelist Church, 10103 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Wednesday, June 27, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon, where Mass of Christian Burial will follow. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fisher House Foundation, 1401 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
