So sorry for your loss. Norm was a great guy. he meant a lot to me. Having him as my cub scouts and boy scouts leader was amazing. He taught me so many valuable life lessons. I will always remember all the campouts we went on, all the different cool postal memorabilia he brought back for our patrol, and of course how he taught us how to conduct a proper color guard. i will miss him a lot.

Uncle Norman, We will always remember the Wonderful Family Memories with your Chicago Family...We will always Love & Miss You. God Bless

As a Boy Scout 10 years ago, I was always inspired by Mr. Cloher. To this day I constantly remember his words of wisdom and I will for the rest of my life. Mr. Cloher taught me skills and traits that have been invaluable in my life so far. For this, I will always be grateful and he will always have a place close to my heart. I will miss him a lot.

To my Godfather we always had a great relationship our sarcastic slams towards one another always made me smile I am glad there have been so many wonderful memeories that we have shared and that you have had with my family. Jimmy will never forget his first trip to Chicago thanks to you and Maddie will never forget her first ride on a Harley and Logan well he will hear all about you when he is old enough to remember. I will never forget the last words you said to me and I would have never wanted them to be any other words than that. You will be deeply missed and a little of Normando the pirate will live on in all of us. Arrgh Matey

Norm was one of the finest people I ever has the good fortune to know. All who came in contact with him were enhanced by their association with Norm. He was a man who understood his surroundings, the people, the politics of the place, and the extraneous manner. A better family man I have not known; nor a finer boss. A man who earned respect and granted the same to others. I am truly saddened by his passing.

Diane, Laura, Joe and Chelsea...Though we can't be with you in person, we are with you in spirit as we reflect on what Norm has meant to each one of us. I have fond memories of sharing our childhood together growing up in Chicago and continued to enjoy all of of our visits at family gatherings over the years. It is the love of family that have kept all of us connected over long distances. Sending our love to each of you.

So sorry for your loss. Norman was a great guy. We loved him, he really made our life interesting. He taught me how to make spaghetti sauce, and when he lived with us he would sing and play the guitar for Kari. Every time I hear "Parents Teach your Children" song I think of him. We are so glad he touched our life..
