On Friday, October 21, 2011, of Hyattsville, MD. Beloved wife of the late Evangelos "Angelo" Roumel; mother of Elizabeth Roumel Shramek and Patricia Roumel; grandmother of Christian, Evan, Zachary and Michael; sister of Pota Clifton, Vaso Basseas, and Thali Kallergis. Also survived by her niece, Mary Archi, nephews, Charles Clifton and Alex Clifton, and many other nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, 7 to 9 p.m. (Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m.) Funeral Service at The Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 36th Street & Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC, on Wednesday, October 26, at 11 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
