On Friday, October 21, 2011, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy Lee Fowler Arkoian and Edna Mae Maupin Arkoian; father of Robin Reese, Paula Bettack, Diane Scuderi, and Gary Arkoian. Also survived by five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. I don't know why but I just had a dream about Paul , I worked with him at the Kensington Safeway for many years when he was grocery manager under Frank Newcomer. I met him in 1970 when I was first hired (I believe) I really liked Paul, i think he lived a couple of doors down fron Gene Ingraham on Connecticut Ave. I had helped him with his old dark blue Ford station wagon many times. I remember him telling me " I'll make a grocery man out of you yet!"
