Sweet Ralph
I was just thinking of sitting on Mary´s back porch with you 40 something years ago and your incredible advice and love. You two left such a warm spot forever in my heart.

I was just thinking of you last night. You wished that you could go to Sunday school and get gold stars like the girls did. You had to stay home and work on the farm. We made you a report card with all gold stars and you laughed till you cried. How we miss you!

Ralph my friend,
I have no idea why this email popped up from Legacy ....But seeing your name bring me overwhelming emotions. You were such an important part of my life and my parents lives. Kind and wise and funny as hell. I hope that Ralph and Louise are laughing and playing cards with Mary and Ted . I love you guys❤

It was not just a pleasure but a privilege & an honor to know Mr. Ralph. After 23 years of CNA work, there are those who, unfortunately, fail to remain in your memory. Ralph is not one of those. His story telling of firefighting & how you could never be late on the job cracked me up! Then there was his love of milkshakes! Will never forget him, Miss Louise or Miss Gloria... It was a pleasure knowing them & the entire family. God bless you all...<3

Ralph was a great story teller. I have great memories of laughing until it hurt while Ralph lamented about his days on the farm. I was in awe of his life as a hero in the Fire Department but felt his heroism personally as he talked me through teenage woes that "my parents just could not understand" He showed his bravery in his 80s as he took the front seat on Splash Mountain and saved the rest of us from being soaked! We love Ralph and sweet Louise and we miss them. We am sending warm thoughts to family and friends.

What a great Role Model to have as a Father/Grandfather and Husband. A True Working Man. He will not be forgotten.

So sorry to hear of your loss. It is hard to understand why people are taken from us, but find comfort in knowing memories are the legacy of love.
