On Monday, March 21, 2011 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Lillian B. Scott; father of Lynne and Steven Scott; brother of Jean (Theodore) Ingram, brother-in-law of Dorothy Oldham, Florence Barber and Elnora Barber and the late Jack Oldham and Leroy Barber, Jr. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, March 27, 2011 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service at Marvin Memorial United Methodist Church, 33 University Blvd, East, Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, March 28 at 11 a.m. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery on Wednesday, March 30 at 9 a.m. Please meet at the administration building at 8:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association, P.O.
