On Monday, May 14, 2012, of Clarksburg, MD. Loving mother of Karen Croom, Eddie (Penny) Unruh, and Judy Unruh; grandmother of Vincent Taylor, Kimberly (Patrick) Binsol, Tammy Collis, and Victor Unruh, Jr. Also survived by nine great-grandchildren. Wife of the late Victor Unruh. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Friday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Hugh of Grenoble Catholic Church, 135 Crescent Road, Greenbelt, MD, 20770 on Saturday, May 19 at 11 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Rose, what a delicate flower. Your time with us at Potomac Basin Group has touched all of our hearts. You always had came in with a smile and always had a comical story for us. What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. Rose was very dear in all of our hearts at Potomac Basin. She was extraordinary-full of spunk and enjoyed her life to the fullest. I would often pick her up and take her home from work and so enjoyed getting to know her. May your cherished memories comfort you in your time of grief.

My deepest sympathies to the family, in your lost of such a great person. Rose was such a sweet lady to work with, when leaving for lunch everyday, she would say " bring me one of those things back". which was a slurppe from 7-11.It was my pleasure sweet lady..

Rose you were a rock and rolled with the best of us. I will never forget the times we went to lunch or the times you and I ventured out at night to go to some lavish party. I still have a crystal lamp that I bought from the crystal party that you threw many many years ago. I know you are at peace now. Hugs and loves from Patty Pilzys Clark.
