On Saturday, August 10, 2013, of Ocean City, MD. Beloved wife of the late Irving "Irv" Oxenburg; mother of Sherry Howard of Gaithersburg, MD and Patrick F. Argentiere of Chambersburg, PA; grandmother of Anthony C. Argentiere, Rudy McMahan, Danielle N. Margowski, Vincent R. Abate and Deion G. Cooper; great-grandmother of seven; mother-in-law of Allen T, Howard, III and Harriet B. Argentiere; sister of Richard La Lumia, Thomas La Lumia and Patricia La Lumia all of Youngstown, OH. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, August 15, 7 to 9 p.m., where Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 16, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Oh Rosemary, I did not know you were not with us anymore! My mom; (Betty Heckman), formerly from Winter Harbor Dr. and myself were shocked and saddened to hear you were gone. We will miss you dear OC friend, and both of us will remember the fun times we used to share together!
