On Friday, March 4, 2011, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of Lionel J. Chery; mother of Gregory, Jimmy (Angela) and Wesley Chery; grandmother of Aiyana, Camone and Jeremiah; sister of Fernande, Joseph, Christiane and George. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Andrew Apostle Church, Arcola Ave. and Kemp Mill Rd., Silver Spring, MD on Friday, March 11 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Its still unbelievable that your arent here in physical form with us, but knowing youre at peace and still with us in the non-physical is comforting. Aiyana is doing well, Enjoying college and working; all the girls are doing well and excelling in school. We miss you and are here doing our best to make you proud. every year we celebrate your birthday...8 years of birthday cake in your honor...because we choose to focus on your life and feel a little closer on your holiday (thats how we look at birthdays). It really is strange that your are not here. Aiyana graduated HS last year and is doing great in college now. We miss you still, though feel your presence - albeit diffrenly; we can still hear your laugh and that brings a smile. Continue to rest in perfect peace in paradise. ❤

I will never forget how you helped raised me, fed me, clothed me and loved me as if I was your own daughter. I wake up in the morning hearing your voice and that comforts me to know you are OK and watching over all of us. I know you are in a better place now and hooking up the heavenly gardens!
