Uncle Stanley was one of the good guys. He made a point to talk to me and my two sisters when he visited us with Aunt Betsy. We were ages 4, 3 and 1 and 1/2 months.I will never forget how nice he was and how great his voice sounded to us. He was a warm and loving uncle.

I have very fond memories of Uncle Stanley. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I really enjoyed his company and stories a few years ago when he visited us in Austin. Love and healing thoughts to the entire family.

God Bless you and your family during this tough time. Although I never met your Father, I feel like I know him since our families are so alike. Please let me know if you need anything. Sean Sullivan (Clear Channel)

I wanted to add my respects and prayers for your father. His wife was my first cousin and very close to me as I lived with her and Virginia and Uncle Ledlie at Valley View for the early years of WWII and then Betsy lived with us from 1944 until 1949 in Philadelphia and at the Bethesda Naval Hospital. She was really part of our family and I loved and appreciated her. My prayers and best wishes are with all of you. Bart Hogan
