To Jim, Bryce, Ms. Betty, Barbara, Brenda, Sherri and all of your families,
I feel like I've said this many times in the past week, but while you did not know me very well, I knew a LOT about all of you. Terri was such a good friend to me and she loved all of you very much. We talked every day, even when I wasn't in the office. She talked about her fishing (and loved catching more fish than Jim), she was so proud of you Bryce and how grown up and responsible you were becoming. She loved "her good boy" Cooper - and still talked about Rex often too. She also cherished the time that she spent with her Mom, and had a great vacation at the beach just a week before. Terri was tough as nails when things needed to get done, but her heart was larger than life. I can't imagine what this company will be like without her diligence, her yelling, her humor, and her care. Many of us are more broken-hearted than we know how to say. I loved Jennifer's comment about Terri saying "mmmmmmkay" - she used to also come into Support and say "Hey Sam - How goes it!" She lit up a room - even when she was lighting a fire under us. She was more than a coworker to us, and her spirit was felt by EVERYONE associated with Jenark: CoreLogic workers across the country, our clients, and our vendors. How are DressBarn and Safeway going to stay in business? My favorite part of each day was getting "Terri talk" on Google Talk. She was our fighter, our protector, our mother, our discipline, our planner, our emailer, and mostly - our heart and soul. To say that there is an empty office in our hall and an empty space in our hearts is completely an understatement. Please know that just as Terri shared her love for you with each of us, ALL of you will always remain in our thoughts and prayers...

To Terri's family: I am sorry for your loss. I worked with her at Kirkman. She was funny and good hearted. This was such a shock. I will always remember her laughing at me as I did not notice I bought the same car she drove. Keep her loving memories in your heart. Everyone who called her friend will too.

We are truly saddened by the loss of our good friend Terri. She was an amazing woman that will never be forgotten. We were so fortunate to have met her and to be able to work with her. We will always carry with us our funny memories of Terri. For Example: The smell of bleach in the morning when she decided to get up at the crack of dawn to clean her house. The amount of proofreading and edits of letters/emails that she would have us, but mainly Jennifer, do for her, even after she no longer worked with us. We always loved and had to follow the Memorial Day to Labor Day Rule for wearing white. The way she loved to shop at Dress Barn and she loved her Clark Shoes. Oh, and how all of her clothes had to be drycleaned. Her preferred sunscreen was BabyOil. We will miss hearing her say "mmmmkay". And her annual delicious Holiday Treats, especially the chocolate bottom cupcakes. Terri's driving skills and how Rockville Pike (to Frederick) was her only route and no bridges when it snowed. She was a very joyous, pleasant, loving, caring, wonderful person that would do anything for you. She was taken way too soon.. We Miss and Love you Terri.. Love, Jennifer Karolick and Amy O'Rear.

We are very sorry for your loss. Terry was a very dear friend of our daughter Jennifer. We had the joy of meeting her at the insurance office (Conway's)and also when she found the time to spend with us at Jennifer's baby shower. A very special person and she will be missed by all.
