As a young broadcaster, I remember when I first met Mr. Pepper. His hospitality and abilities left a mark on my life. Mr. Pepper was a man of significance which led to success for his clients and himself. Outside his office he served his church and the youth. Vince was a man that you could say "If you have a pulse you have a purpose." Mr. Pepper was a man of significance, purpose, and success. His servant leadership touched many lives and I know that the Spirit of the Lord was upon him. Bill Payne (Radio Broadcaster and friend)
