VIRETTA M. MAZUROWSKI
On Monday, August 1, 2011 of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Frank E. Mazurowski; mother of Steven L. and Edward F. Mazurowski; grandmother of Jerome, Frank, James and Amy Mazurowski. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking) on Thursday, from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday, August 5, at Inter-Faith Chapel, 3680 South Leisure World Boulevard, Silver Spring, MD, from 12 to 1 p.m., where the funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

So sad to read about your mother's death. Viretta was a dear life long friend of my mom, Mary Rita McLane Ward. Viretta was a bridesmaid in mom and dad's wedding. Mom always spoke lovingly of Viretta and their happy times together. Mom died in 2003 and now her close friend, Viretta, has joined her in heaven. Can't you just hear them laughing!!!
