Bill was my supervisor around 1983-1984 at the P.G.Plaza branch of Perpetual American Bank. I remember him as a kind and energetic person. He spoke of his wife, who was a painter, and I recall once giving him a canvas that I would never use, to pass along to her. I am sorry for your loss.

I always loved answering the phone when Bill would call my Dad. Sometimes he would try to play a joke on us. It was always such a pleasure to talk to him. What a treasure he was!The Nestor family misses you Bill...

I am a very close friend of Lauries and once relative of hers (sister-in-law through her wonderful husband Tommy) although I must admit I fell in love with the whole fam damily years ago!! What I always remember about Mr. Preusse was his open adoration of his girls and his very apparent pride in his boys and the devoted love for his wife and later his complete joy and love of his grandchildren. A true family man! I loved being around Mr. Pruesse. He was funny and would act like a psuedo grouch and then you'd catch him trying to hold back a sweet smile with a twinkle in his eye :-) He will be missed greatly by so many and mostly by his family of course - but, he will remain bigger than life in the hearts of all! He waits in heaven with his beloved Linda! Laurie and family, please know my heart is with you all at this time! Much love - Karen Decker and John, Kristin, Taylor and Kelly.

Bill always delighted us with his stories, jokes and conversation. He and Marie were wonderful relatives to visit with, albeit very infrequently. The sense of family was strong in Bill and the many memories he created for them and others will hold him in their hearts.

I had the pleasure of being a co-worker of Bill at Perpetual beginning in 1983. I loved his sense of humor and we frequently traded stories and jokes. His family and friends will miss his sweet spirit. God bless his memory.
