Bill was a great neighbor and support member in the church. We will always remember his positive presence at the Elby Street/Vincent Terrace block parties of the 80's.

I am sorry for your loss. I know it is a difficult time even though not unexpected. Please know that he is in a better place,and knowing your dad directing and correcting them on how to do it the "right" way! I always respected him and am glad to have had him in my familys life while in Maryland. Soldier on Bill senior.
