On Sunday, April 15, 2012 of Washington, DC. Beloved father of Tyler William Wise; loving son of Joan D. and the late Robert G. Wise; brother of Gerald A. (Sheila) Wise and Catherine A. (Patrick) Graves; uncle of Brian, Kevin, Amber, Andy, Robert and Mary; great uncle of Summer, Robert, Brianna, Brian, and Trent. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking) Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jerome's Church, 5205 43rd Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Friday, April 20, 2012 at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Just read the sad news. Bill and I worked together throughout most of the 90's and kept in touch long after. He always had that bright smile and loved to laugh and have a good time. I'm going to miss him.

Joan, Tyler and the rest of the family, we are so very sorry about Bill's passing. He was a wonderful man and someone who added to the quality of the lives of everyone.
