WILLIAM TIMOTHY WARDDELL "Tim"
On Monday, December 26, 2011, of Columbia, MD. Beloved husband of Mary Pat Warddell; father of Christopher P. Warddell (Aimee), William Nicholas Warddell, and Luke David Warddell; grandfather of Kayla, Kendal and Delaney; nephew of Nancy Beatty. Also survived by step sister, Susan Warddell Berry and other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Thursday, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Congregation, 10431 Twin Rivers Road, Columbia, MD, on Friday, December 30, at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Dear Mary Pat and Warddell Family,
Please accept my deepest sympathies for the loss of Tim. I know he was a very special man, husband, father and grandfather. I wish we could have gotten to know you better. I'll always remember that you came down to Annapolis to join John and Maureen and Richie and I in our effort to have a another 1973 Blairite get together. You two are a very special couple and were very blessed to have a wonderful family. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I just found out from Art Childress that Timmy Passed away. I was gonna call and wish you both a Merry Christmas and then again on New Years and I 'm just a lazy bum for not following through. I'm so sorry I missed the funeral I should have stayed closer in touch. I'm glad we got togeather this past summer. Tim was in my prayers along with you all. God Bless you all.

My deepest sympathies go out to Timmy's family and friends. Mary Pat, you are in my prayers. I haven't seen you and Timmy since we were teenagers, when we'd all go to the church dances. Those days will always be happy memories for me. God bless you and yours, and may Timmy rest in peace.

I worked with Tim at the Columbia Post office - his case was next to mine for a long time. We would have mock arguments about being a libertarian - lots of laughs - and I also knew him to be a devoted family man and father. My prayers go out to Tim and his family.

Tim was a great friend when I worked at the Columbia Post Office. He always helped me fight for the carriers and clerks. He was a great sourse of information and inspiration. I am so sorry to hear of his passing, my sincere condolences to his family. Jerry Streicker
