My heart goes out to all who were present at Harold "COE" Percival's memorial. Anyone who has lived so long should be valued. Anyone who has sacrificed himself in service to keep others safe should be appreciated. I was happy to learn that appreciation for COE was highly manifested during his memorial. I am sure that Harold, a WWII Veteran, looked forward to the time when "Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore." Remembering Harold Jellicoe Percival with great admiration and unyielding respect!
