Like my sister Karen says,.Carl could charm my Mom when none of us kids could. I too always considered Carl my brother. I miss him already, Carl will always be in our thoughts.

Carl was always like a big brother to me and he always made me feel like a little sister. I got to do a lot of fun things because he could always charm my mom and talk her into letting me go do stuff, tagging along with my brother Tim and re-assuring her he'd keep an eye out for me. I hadn't seen Carl in many years but he always had a special place in my heart.
