To lose a father is a loss like no other to a daughter. Lisa I share in your pain and tears but I also see your father's spirit and goodwill in your eyes. I know in my heart he is happy and proud. He and my dad are probably playing piano and singing an old tune about now. Our children grew up with great men behind them. May God bless and keep him in his light.

he will be greatly missed by all. He & his wife Helen were my parents dearest of friends. Gloria Kelley and my Dad was Wes Kelley, "AKA Kelley " we used to go over to there house when we were young kids. Our parents used to play cards and bowled on leagues for years. My mom taught his wife Helen how to drive. God Bless From the Kelley clan, Ken, Sharon, Cindy, Cathy, Patty, and Me Chrissy

He was a great guy and an even better father and grandfather. As a kid he welcomed me into his house like family and treated me that way for the 40 years I knew him. I am sure I was not the only person who he treated this way, he liked people and was a kind soul. The family was blessed to have him as his selflessness was an excellent example. He will be missed more his legacy will live on.

There is no shortage of good days. It is good lives that are hard to come by. A life of good days in the senses is not enough. The life of sensation is the life of greed; it requires more and more. The life of the spirit requires less and less; time is ample and its passage sweet. ~Annie Dillard

To have a friend is to be a friend. I will miss you my friend with all my heart.

My husband and I have known his daughter Lisa for over 30 years (she was even in our wedding) so we go back a way with Mr. D too ~ he had a huge love of family and community. I remember how much he loved taking photos and had stacks of them all over the house. He was always so sweet and funny to me ~ we shared many a laugh over the years. He is missed and thankful he is in Heaven with his wife after so many years on this side of heaven without her. Blessings to his sweet children and grandchildren who are going to miss his huge presence in their lives. Praying for Lisa & Rusty, John & Terri, Diana, Dan and all their families ~ <
