Dear Cousins, you are all held so dear in our hearts here in Milwaukee. Mom, and all of us send our love to you all. Our prayers are with you during this part of your journey. Penny always sent a card at Christmas, an expression of her loving heart. May God's peace and love comfort you and us all.
Penny, you will be dearly missed. I'm so sorry that we didn't get together again to shoot the bull about the early days when you broke me in at MC. I will miss my Break-In Mama who taught me how to trade MW's and a lot more. I thank God you came to visit me at CP when you first came back to San Diego, I will cherish the memories from then and the years together at Mission & Downtown.
Penny..dearest Penny. Ill admit, I wasn't ready to be writing this for you. My heart goes out to your family and all who supported and love you, my deepest condolences, as they too are in my prayers. I'd like them to know how many lives you effected and how cherished you are among us. I've seen many faces, many souls, many personalities, but yours Penny is one I will never forget. Thank you for making our short time of knowing eachother so substantial and full of warmth. Your the best Penny. Until we meet again..your in my heart forever.

Wowww... Penny, your infectious smile and laugh will certainly be missed. It's so different to not see such a beautiful spirit for so a long time and then to know your paths may never cross again here on earth. I recall so many wonderful talks we'd have on the night shift in bulk power. My deepest condolences to the family. May you forever rest in paradise my dear...
Penny, Penny..I first met you in 1978 as you were in apprentice training at SDG&E. Such a cute little girl with a sparkle in your eye looking toward the future. I attended your 1st. marriage and you wanted me to play guitar but I didn't and will always regret not doing so. I will always remember you and remember all that we talked about. Forever your friend. Richard Rivero
My god......Penny our very own Penny. We first met during her apprentice training in 1978 along with Ed Street and others. I attended her first marriage and promised to play guitar but never did. Penny will be missed in my thoughts but I will now say a prayer for her and keep her in my thoughts more often. Forever your friend Richard Rivero
My condolences to the family and her husband. I will miss working with Penny, she had a warm heart and a beautiful person. Lupe Aguirre Palmer/SDGE
Oh Penny, what the hell? You're too young to die! I will miss you, we shared much history at Grid Ops, HQ, and later the rare transaction with you in WA. You were much respected, admired and loved. Remember when we went to the movies to see Boogie Nights? Blessed be. moon
Penny's passing has deflated me. When we worked the same late night shifts at SDGE and all was quiet, we would just talk about everything. What we didn't finish was an extra 1/2 hour in the parking lot before we say good bye and do it all again the next time. Last I believe I saw her was in October and as the months passed always wondered where was her black Mercedes. Sometimes she'll go on special assignments. I will miss Penny a lot but the memories I will not forget. My prayers to her family. She was a beautiful person.
Dear Amiga, We will certainly miss your beautiful smiling face and your kind words of friendship. The heavens just got another Angel ,Sincerely Alice Hernandez
Penny, I remember sitting next to you in the van to Mexico-CFE.
Eternal rest grant unto to you. May your soul rest in peace.
Penny, may God grant you eternal rest and happiness.
Penny you will be missed! May your family find peace in our creator.
Our dear Penny,
Although you are no longer with us in body, the lighted candle of your spirit will always be lit in our hearts. We pray that we will meet again, recognize your spirit with happiness and, celebrate God's love together.
Our prayers for this vision go to the family in California.
