Dear Lynn, Holly and family,

Your mom had a joy and tenacity for life that infused every one she met! She loved life and loved being independent! She took us under her wing when we became her neighbors 15 years ago. She shared her stories with us and amazed us with all she knew about her family, Escondido, and Rancho Bernardo. After my mom passed away, June even adopted me as her surrogate daughter! We shared movies, dinners, stories, emails and even fire evacuation! We will miss her deeply! God bless you.

Although I only knew June for a short time, she made a difference in my life for the better. Her generosity was astounding. I miss her.
