BELLINGHAM - Pauline C. (Bilodeau) Bolduc, 81, of Bellingham, MA passed away on Friday, December 11, 2015 at Rhode Island Hospital with her loving family by her side. The true measure of her impact on those in her life was evidenced by the sheer number of people that traveled in the darkest hours of the night to be by her side. Known to everyone as "Mem," Pauline was born and raised in Woonsocket and moved to Bellingham in 1972 where she spent the remainder of her days. Above all else she loved her family. She had a huge heart and gave far more than she ever took. Her house was a meeting place where great food was had, great stories shared and relived, and where everyone was welcome. She loved watching cowboy movies and cooking for her family. Her greatest joy was being with her family and unexpected visits. Pauline will be greatly missed.
Pauline was born in Woonsocket, RI on June 6, 1934, the daughter of the late Arthur and Dorilda (Vaillant) Bilodeau. Pauline was the beloved wife of the late Bertrand H. Bolduc and loving mother to the late Bertrand L. "Bert" Bolduc and Bruce A. Bolduc. She is survived by her daughter Gisele Bernardi and her husband Paul of Thompson, CT, her sons Brian Bolduc of Northbridge, MA, and Brad Bolduc and his wife Christine of Blackstone, MA, and daughter-in-law Christine (Zmetra) Bolduc and her sister-in-law Sr. Fernande Bolduc, PMA of Woonsocket, RI. She leaves her cherished grandchildren, Candice Chaudoin and her husband Aaron, Samantha Bernardi, Emily, Cole, and Aaron Bolduc, as well as her great-grandchildren, Aida and Ruby Chaudoin. She was the sister of Arthur "Bill" Bilodeau and his wife Trudy of Woonsocket, RI, and the late Albert Bilodeau and Cecile Desrochers.
