Never forgotten. Always in our hearts.

Not a day has passed that I haven't thought of Aaron. It still hurts. I take comfort in believing that he is sometimes beside me "filtering" the words that come out of my mouth, pushing me on my bike, or guiding me to make the right decision.

I have 2 sons Aaron and Jacob. When I saw your sons name listed as a victim of 9/11, I took him as my "face of 9/11" as I did when I was a kid and got a MIA bracelet during Vietnam. Whenever 9/11 memorials happen, I look for his name to be mentioned or listed. I was able to visit NYC this week and the Freedom Tower site. I looked at one footprint and then was going to get a map to find his name but decided to walk toward his footprint. I walked right up to N29 with no idea of where I was in relation to his name. It gave me chills that God had placed me next to "my" name with no map! I used the water below to wash his name with our tears. My heart is with you always for your terrible loss. I will never forget...
