Extraordinary, generous, smart and most of all EDUCATOR, are words that describe Mrs. Valdes.
She always had a smile and a hug for everyone who came her way. As an educator and administrator she insisted that each child enrolled in school received the best education possible.
I will honor your legacy and continue in your path to encourage the love of learning. Thank you, Lulu

I am deeply sorry for your great loss. Ms. Valdez was my third grade teacher at Sacramento School and she never forgot me. Just earlier 2016 I saw her in WalMart and as always she spoke to me and shared that incredible smile. She was truly an amazing woman and left a positive imprint in my life as well as many, many other students. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Valdez family. Lulu was an amazing lady and I am happy that I knew her. What an amazing lady I loved to sit and talk to her and learn all I could from this sweet woman! She will be missed dearly by all who knew her. I pray the family finds comfort and strength to get through this difficult time. Crystal Bond Justin Bond and Patrick Bond Zima

I remember Lulu as a member of the teachers organization Delta Kappa Gamma. She was one who loved children and did her best to educate them.
Prayers for her family and loved ones.

I loved this lovely lady as well as her husband. She and I were born in the same little hospital. We teased each other about how only special people were born there.

I know the family will miss her greatly.
